Our deep expertise and broad, active network of successful industry leaders ensures access to the often elusive, but most desirable talent. The value we place on developing relationships assures that we attract and maintain meaningful dialogue. We are particularly thoughtful about developing synergy on executive teams through our placements, and the assistance we provide Boards and CEOs in succession planning, promoting diversity and supporting development for founders and existing leadership teams.

At Centerstone we set the bar high, holding ourselves accountable to our core principles of integrity, ethics, creativity, flexibility and quality. We are non-traditional, non-transactional and our innovative approach enables our clients to strategically “hire ahead” for the long-term.

We work with a select roster of clients to architect transformational change on boards and leadership teams that will consistently increase shareholder value - immediately and over time - through careful succession planning, targeted searches, effective onboarding and transition management, and theory-based contemporary leadership development.

Our holistic approach to acquiring outside talent for specific opportunities delivers the most proactive, targeted and effective executive search in the market, executed with vision, intelligence, efficiency and the high-touch collaboration unique to a boutique firm.
